During holidays or high-demand seasons, processing may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

🚚 Shipping Options

We currently ship through USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail.

  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (after processing).
  • First Class Mail: 3–5 business days (after processing).
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

🚫 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our shop, Pennie & Pennie Custom Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim. We will gladly assist where possible.
