By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Custom Orders

  • All products are made to order and created based on the information, design, or image you provide.
  • Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Please double-check your design details, spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order.

Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full before production begins.
  • We accept secure payments through the website’s checkout options (such as PayPal, debit, or credit card).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but the amount at checkout is final for your purchase

Processing Time

  • Each order is custom-made; standard processing time is 5–7 business days before shipping.
  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact us before placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
  • Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.
  • Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
  • Pennie & Pennie Custom Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order is in the hands of USPS.

. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or we made an error in the design.
  • If you experience a problem with your order, don't hesitate to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
  • We may ask for photos of the item for verification.

Communication

  • All communication will be conducted through email or website messaging.
  • We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

🛒 8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
  • Once printing or customization begins, cancellations are not permitted.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

Pennie & Pennie Custom Design shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or misuse. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
